Automatic denester

The automatic denester has been developed for the efficient and accurate denesting of cups, buckets, bowls, clamshells and trays made of both cardboard and plastic. The machine operates at high speed and can be configured as a single or double unit with capacities of up to 100 items per minute. Thanks to its stable and reliable operation, trays are consistently placed in exactly the same position on the belt. The module can be used in the fruit and vegetable sector, by growers, packers and processors of fresh produce. The denester can be integrated into multipackers, cup fillers and various machine lines. Trays made from recycled material can also be processed without any problems.
