Precision pneumatic sowing machine Dombo

Product description

This machine made of stainless steel was developed as one of the first sowing machines. The “Dombo” is a self-propelled machine, started electrically with 3 gears forward and 3 gears backward.

The machine is driven by means of 11 HP petrol engine, which ensures a drive to the sowing part via a gearbox. The sowing part can be connected by the electrical sowing connection separately from the drive part. The machine has continuous cage-wheels which are provided by a rubber profile for anti-slip. Exhaust system for remaining seeds. "Stop” and "start" electric connection can be operated from the control and neutral connection for controlled sowing.

While sowing, the machine draws a “groove” in the soil in which the seeds fall. They are then covered up again by the rear roller. The seed distance, row width and seed depth are entirely adjustable with this machine. The minimum row width is 5.5 cm and the seed distance can be set from 1mm to 15 cm. The machine is available in working widths of 105 to 160 cm (maximum 16 rows per pass). The machine has the capacity to sow a surface of 1000 m2 in one hour's time.
