HANDLING LINE FOR RADISH

Tail cutter This machine is for removing radish leaves. The tail cutter is provided with rolls, with each second roll made of rubber. The radish leaf is removed by rotation of the rolls. The machine is driven by means of 4 hydraulic motors with variable speed. The hydraulic motors are powered by a central power unit. The framework of the machines is made of stainless steel. The machine can be supplied in various versions depending on the buyer's capacity and wish.

Peeling machine Machine for removing the root and leafstalk up to 2 mm from the tuber. The machine has a net product capacity of 500 kg per hour. The peeling machine is driven hydraulically by 2 hydromotors. The peeling units are made of SS and these units remove all the remaining green parts and roots of the radish. If required, a sorting roll can be placed in front of the base plate of the unit. All radish lines are customised with different supply and discharge systems. This relates to the basic type, harvest type and further processing and packaging.
